      <title>Hello World, Here&#39;s a New Blog on Video Games</title>
      <link>https://dadvsvideogames.com/hello-world-heres-a-new-blog-on-video-games?pk_campaign=rss-feed</link>
<description>&lt;![CDATA[Another day goes by and I&#39;ve got another blog up on the net. This one is focused on the topic of video games. For someone who was getting exhausted at the number of websites I had to maintain, I surprised even myself with this one.&#xA;&#xA;Anyway, this is not my first attempt at one. Back when I was first trying out Write.as, I was actually trying to replace a gaming blog that was built as a static website. And for awhile back in 2019, I had two blogs on Write.as: a journal and a dedicated gaming blog.&#xA;&#xA;For one reason or another, I decided that I did not need a dedicated gaming blog. So, I moved all video game related posts to my journal. New posts on the topic of video games showed up on my journal. I even created new series -- &#34;Game Clips&#34; and &#34;Game Screenshots&#34; -- dedicated to video game content. That worked out for awhile and I was happy.&#xA;&#xA;But as everyone knows, &#34;The only constant in life is change.&#34; And so here we are. My use of my journal and the content I want to show up in it has changed over time. And so I once again have a need for a dedicated gaming blog.!--more--&#xA;&#xA;To be clear, I&#39;m not trying to create a mainstream gaming blog to share the latest news or how-to guides for video games. It&#39;s more boring than that. This one is more like a video game play-through diary. More of a Captain&#39;s Log of the video games I play, with the occasional sharing of video game clips and screenshots.&#xA;&#xA;And so with that introduction out of the way, I would like to note that you will see posts that are dated older than this one. Those are the existing video game related posts that were littered through my journal. I have moved them over here. I probably broke a number of links along the way, but whatever. Page views are not everything.&#xA;&#xA;If you made it this far, I appreciate you taking the time to read this post. I hope to start publishing new video game content soon -- probably starting with the beautiful night sky I recently ran into in Skyrim. Anyway, thanks for reading and y&#39;all have a wonderful day!&#xA;&#xA;Tags: #Introduction&#xA;&#xA;!--emailsub--&#xA;&#xA;div id=&#34;post-signature&#34; style=&#39;text-align: center;&#39;&#xD;&#xA;a href=&#34;mailto:dadvsvideogames@outlook.com&#34;Reply via email.../a or leave me a comment below.&#xD;&#xA;/div]]&gt;</description>
